Welcome to Get Yo

These Terms of Service cover your use of the Get Yo Frozen Yogurt mobile app, our websites (frozenyogurtcafe.com), and related services. By using any of these, you're agreeing to these terms.

If you don't agree with these terms, please don't use our services.

Age Requirements

You need to be at least 13 years old to use Get Yo. If you're between 13 and 17, please get your parent's or guardian's permission first.

Related Policies

These Terms work together with our Privacy Policy. Both are important, so please read them both.

Changes to These Terms

We might update these Terms from time to time. When we make significant changes, we'll post the new version and notify registered users if needed. Continuing to use the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

How to Use Our Services

Things You Shouldn't Do

Please don't:

• Break any laws or regulations
• Send spam or harass other users
• Try to reverse engineer or hack the app
• Use bots or automated scripts
• Mess with the app's security or functionality
• Pretend to be someone else
• Upload viruses or malicious code
• Try to access other users' accounts

Things We'd Appreciate

• Be honest with the information you provide
• Respect other users' privacy
• Use the app for its intended purpose
• Keep your account credentials secure

Your Account

To use certain features, you'll need to create an account. When you do:

• Provide accurate information
• Keep your password safe
• Let us know immediately if someone accesses your account without permission
• Remember that you're responsible for what happens with your account
• Don't share your account with others

Rewards Program (Totally Optional)

Our Ounce&Bounce rewards program is run through RewardUp.io. It's completely optional - you can use all the main features of the app without joining. If you do choose to participate:

• You can join or leave anytime
• Open to ages 13+ (with parental consent if under 18)
• Keep your account info accurate
• Points are earned based on program rules (which can change)
• Points might expire
• We can suspend accounts that abuse the program
• Points have no cash value and can't be transferred

Content You Post

When you post reviews, flavor suggestions, or other content:

• You own your content
• Make sure it doesn't violate anyone's rights
• You give us permission to use it for running the app
• We might remove content that breaks these Terms or is inappropriate
• Please don't post offensive or harmful content

We're not responsible for user content and don't necessarily agree with opinions posted by users.

Account Termination

We can suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms or for other serious reasons. If that happens:

• Your access to the app stops
• We might delete your account data
• You might lose any rewards points (if enrolled)

You can also delete your account anytime through app settings. See our Account Deletion page for instructions.

Our Intellectual Property

Everything in the app and on our websites - the design, logos, text, graphics, software, etc. - belongs to Get Yo or our partners. This includes:

• App design and interface
• Our logos and branding
• Website content
• All images and graphics
• How the app works behind the scenes

Please don't copy, reproduce, or modify any of this without our permission.

Disclaimers

How the App Works

The app is provided "as is." We do our best, but we can't promise:

• That it'll always work perfectly
• That all information is 100% accurate
• That it'll be available 24/7 without interruptions
• That specific flavors will always be in stock

Liability Limits

To the extent allowed by law, Get Yo isn't liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or other consequential damages from using the app. If we are liable for something, it won't exceed what you paid us in the last 12 months (which is probably nothing, since the app is free).

Indemnification

If your use of the app causes legal trouble for us (like if you violate someone's rights), you agree to cover our legal costs and any damages.

Third-Party Services

Our app connects to some third-party services:

• RewardUp.io (rewards program)
• Google and Apple (sign-in)
• Social media platforms

We're not responsible for how these services work or their privacy practices. Use them at your own discretion and check their terms.

Push Notifications

If you enable push notifications, you'll get alerts about new flavors, promotions, and updates. You can turn these off anytime in your device settings or app preferences. Standard carrier messaging rates might apply.

Privacy

How we handle your data is covered in our Privacy Policy. By using the app, you agree to that policy too.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by New Jersey law. Any disputes would be resolved in the courts of Monmouth County, New Jersey.

Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest still applies. We'll modify the unenforceable part to make it work while keeping the original intent.

The Whole Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, make up the complete agreement between you and Get Yo regarding the app.
